CANCELLATION POLICY

• Full Refunds will be granted for cancellations that are confirmed with RMESTC Coordinator more than two weeks prior to scheduled class date.
• 50% Refund will be granted for cancellations confirmed with RMESTC Coordinator within two weeks of scheduled class.
• No refunds will be granted for day of cancellations or no shows.

GROUPS AND SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS

• Special scheduling arrangements can be made for groups from one agency. Please call for availability or to request additional dates.
• Classes can be custom tailored for groups of six (6) or more from one agency to meet specific needs or scenarios.
• Lunch is provided with all registrations.

INCLUSIVE PRICING WITH HOTEL OPTION

• If you choose to stay at the Comfort Suites as an option on this registration, breakfast is provided, transportation will be provided to & from the airport, transportation to & from training, and transportation to your location choice for dinner.
